Pet Microchipping

When relying on traditional identification, such as collars and tags, pets are put at an increased risk to not making it home. Too often we see collars that are kept too loose and would easily slip over a pet’s head and tags that are worn down and unreadable. Your pet needs a permanent form of identification that is reliable and can’t be removed, lost, stolen, or damaged. A microchip is a safe and simple way to significantly increase the chance your pet will be returned safely, and our veterinarians strongly encourage everyone to have their pet microchipped.
